Bartender

Pour Your Talent Into a Place Known for “The Everyday Favorite”

Media, Pennsylvania has earned its nickname, “Everybody’s Hometown,” and at the Hilton Garden Inn Media, that same warmth spills right over the edge of every glass we pour. Just steps from the charming boutiques and tree-lined brick sidewalks of State Street, our hotel bar is where travelers and locals alike come to unwind, swap stories, and feel instantly at home. We’re looking for a personality behind the bar to match the personality of this storied Delaware County town.

Why You’ll Enjoy Pulling Up a Stool Here

This isn’t a job of silent shifts and solitary tasks. It’s a stage for connection. If you light up when a regular walks in, if you remember how someone takes their old fashioned, if you believe a bar is really just a small-town front porch with better lighting — you’ll feel right at home. Every night offers a fresh cast of characters: business travelers, wedding guests, theatergoers from the nearby Media Theatre, and neighbors who’ve made our lounge part of their routine.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine people-person who treats every guest like they’re the only one in the room
• A dependable team player who shows up, follows through, and lifts up those around them
• Someone who takes pride in craft, consistency, and a job done with flair

Your Career, Elevated

At Hilton Garden Inn Media, a bartending role is never just a job — it’s a launchpad. Backed by the global reputation and training resources of Hilton, you’ll gain skills in guest service, hospitality operations, and leadership that travel far beyond this bar top. Many of our team members have gone on to build lasting careers within the Hilton family, moving into supervisory and management roles across food and beverage, front office, and beyond.

Perks Worth Toasting To

• Competitive pay plus tips
• Hilton team member travel discounts at properties worldwide
• Ongoing training and real paths for advancement
• A supportive, team-first culture that feels like, well, home

If you’re ready to shake up your career in a town that still believes in hometown charm, we’d love to meet you. Step behind our bar — and into your next great opportunity.
