As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the retail store, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring efficient and effective store operations.

What will you do?
- Hire, train, coach, and develop store associates to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve sales goals
- Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, performance management, and execution of company initiatives
- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, promotional execution, and guest engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, loss prevention standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage inventory levels through accurate receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control processes to maximize product availability and minimize shrink
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, operational efficiency, and the overall guest experience
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, well-stocked, and brand compliant
- Build a positive, guest-focused culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while delivering an exceptional retail experience
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience preferred
- Ability to train and develop a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- No degree required
Physical requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking
