Then you might be perfect for this role!   As Hotel Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of our property. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, perform general repairs, maintain HVAC systems, and ensure preventive maintenance is completed throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee and perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, and ensure routine and preventative maintenance programs are completed effectively. You will help maintain the building's interior and exterior, including guest rooms and common areas, while responding to work orders and guest service requests in a timely manner. You will also help coordinate daily maintenance operations, prioritize repairs, and ensure the property remains safe, fuctional, and well-maintained for both guests and TEAM members. 

• Prior maintenance experience in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal
• Prior supervisor experience 
• Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
• Work independently 
• Strong work ethic
