We're looking for a Room Attendant who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Room Attendant, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Zelda Dearest is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels, and restock guest amenities.

• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, furniture, floors, and other guest room surfaces.

• Ensure every room is beautifully presented and ready to welcome our guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and assigned workspaces.

• Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost-and-found belongings.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.

• Follow established cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and safety guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.

• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed to support daily hotel operations.

• The ability to perform physically active work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.

• Previous hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train the right person!

Qualifications

• Bend and reach to dust, clean and make beds and bathroom
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and guest belongings that have been left behind.
• Use written communication skills to mark completed rooms on daily paperwork. 
• Move fingers, arms and hands quickly and easily to perform cleaning duties.

• Lifting fifty (50) pounds maximum.
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
