  • Coordinate accounting support for external audits and other financial information requests.
  • Partner with Hotel Accounting, Payroll, Risk Management, Operations, and other departments to resolve accounting and reporting matters.
  • Lead improvements to accounting systems, reporting, and workflows, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related automation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, strengthen controls, streamline processes, and reduce manual work.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing Corporate Accounting team through cross-training, delegation, accountability, and clear expectations.
  • Serve as a key accounting resource and strategic partner to Finance leadership and cross-functional business partners.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Significant progressive accounting experience, including experience leading an accounting function or team.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts receivable, and internal controls.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the monthly close and supporting external audits.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold accounting teams accountable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with enterprise financial systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
  • Hospitality, multi-entity, or centralized accounting experience is preferred.
