What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the quiet hero behind every seamless guest stay—keeping our systems sharp, our rooms spotless, and our property safe from top to bottom.

  • Tackle minor repairs—broken locks, wall patches, touch-up paint

  • Inspect control panels and electrical wiring, solving issues before they become problems

  • Install appliances and equipment with precision

  • Handle routine maintenance like light bulb replacements

  • Troubleshoot HVAC and ventilation systems to keep guests comfortable

  • Maintain outdoor grounds—lawn care, trash removal, curb appeal

  • Test and verify safety systems, including fire alarms

  • Partner with contractors and team members on repairs and renovations

  • Report progress and needs to the Chief Engineer (if applicable)

What You Bring to the Table

  • Basic know-how in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

  • Confidence with hand and power tools

  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Stamina and dexterity to handle a hands-on role

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
