We are currently hiring for all BOH positions including line cooks, sous chef, chef de cuisine, and sushi chefs. Please indicate which position you are interested in along with your resume submission.

There are couple of openings for sushi training for those that have good knife skills and wish to learn the art of sushi. This training positions will be a paid position and details are listed below for additional information.

Compensations:

- Sushi chef = $18/hr~$24/hr depending on experience and position. Tips average over $300/wk with annual
earnings starting from $74,125.00 up to $111,181.00 for total annual income for full time staff.

- Sushi Training = $16~18/hr depending on your knife skills. Tips will become available as your training advances
and are able to contribute in making sushi for the guests.

- Cooks, sous, CDC = $18/hr~$24/hr depending on your experience and position. Tips vary depending on restaurants
and annual income starting from $62,400.00 up to $93,188.00 for total annual income for full time staff.
