For our debut property, Unscripted has planted its flag in Durham, North Carolina and given its historic location on 202 Corcoran St a second life as a vibrant, community-focused hospitality destination.

Formerly a Jack Tar Hotel that operated in the 1960s, Unscripted Durham offers 74 boutique rooms, a full service grab and go coffee bar/restaurant, allday, a rooftop pool, The Patio, a retro-inspired “rec room”, The Studio, and a range of chic rooms and suites perfect for meetings, events and get togethers.
