  • Bartender

    BASIC FUNCTION: The Bartender mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and performing the duties according to Resort policies and procedures.

This includes answering questions relating to rates, availability, resort facilities, location, local attractions, resort outlets, services and promotions. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the company's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

    BASIC FUNCTION: The Server Assistant is responsible for the clearing and setting of tables in a timely manner.

  • Sous Chef

    The Sous Chef is responsible for the day-to-day production of the kitchen.

  • Steward

    BASIC FUNCTION: The Steward will keep and maintain the kitchen as well as the equipment.
