Kitchen Cleaner (4pm-11pm)

Reports to: Executive Chef, Sous Chef

Job Summary

Education and/or Experience

• Grade 12 education.

• The ability to read and execute standard procedures.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations 

• Help with Cleaning the kitchen which includes walls, flour bins, and all the little tasks.

• Plate Inventory when needed.  Help plate food when needed.

• Be on time to work and professional looking.

• Is knowledgeable about sanitation.

• Ability to multi-task

• A food handler card is Required.

• The schedule is from 4 pm to 11 pm with Sundays and Tuesdays offs.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Standing for long periods and walking requires climbing stairs, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, and twisting or reaching.

• Push, pull, or lift to 50 pounds.

• Continuous repetitive motions.

• Work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
