The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including staff management, hiring, training, budget management, team leadership, customer service, menu design, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Overview
This position reports to the hotel General Manager and manages the daily operations of all outlets and banquets, maintaining established quality and service standards, maximizing profits and controlling expenses.

Retro Hospitality has partnered with a group of visionary developers to open the the historic Hotel Petersburg located in downtown Petersburg, Virginia. Closed since 1969 when a fire destroyed the fourth and fifth floors, the development team is working on a $13.5 million renovation to bring the property back to life. This upscale boutique hotel will include 64 rooms, street-level dining, a bar, banquet facilities, and an outdoor courtyard. Following the renovation the hotel will highlight the ground floor’s extensive marble work, decorative plaster molding, and coffered ceilings.
