The Cluster Reservations Team is responsible for 7 Hilton properties in the Netherlands; DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, Hilton Amsterdam, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Hilton Garden Inn Leiden, Hilton Rotterdam, and Hilton The Hague.

What will I be doing? 

As Reservations Trainee you will be responsible to deliver highest level of quality to our guests. Within this internship you will support the team with the following tasks:

• In contact with guests to accept and confirm individual guest reservations by e-mail or telephone
• Responsible for the accurate processing of reservations
• Updating reservations via the CRS system
• Excellent knowledge and correct use of the various hotel rates
• Correct handling of reservations documents
• Adhere to the company credit policies and procedures
• Ensure quality checks on the current reservation system
• Maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel, prioritizing up-selling with a sales attitude.
• Keep guests’ information updated to maintain high level of guest service standards

Requirements

What are we looking for? 

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cluster Reservations Trainee. This role will focus on the following skills and competences:

• Hospitable attitude and service-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English
• Looking for an internship of at least 6 months
• Starting September 2024

Rewards

€800.00 per month as internship allowance including free lunch buffet options during your shift.
