Responsibilities: As a plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintain all plumbing systems within the hotel, ensuring the comfort and safety of out guests and staff. This is a crucial role that requires a high level of expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality service.  

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all hotel plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water heaters. 
• Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for plumbing repairs, leaky faucets, broken pipes, and more.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, lasting solutions.
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems for guest rooms, public area, kitchens, and laundry facilities. 
• Manage and maintain plumbing equipment and inventory.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. 
• Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes. 
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a plumber, with specific experience in a hotel, hospitality, or commercial environment preferred. 
• Valid plumbing license or certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques. 
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic time effectively. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to life heavy equipment and tools.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including tight spaces, basements, and on ladders.
• Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
