Key Responsibilities:

Elite Driving: Safely transport guests and members across the resort in shuttles, vans, and individual vehicles with total professionalism.

The "Front Drive" Hustle: Work seamlessly with the valet team, assisting with luggage and helping guests in and out of vehicles with a "can-do" spirit.

Local Expert: Stay "in the know" regarding resort schedules, promotions, and the best routes to Austin and San Antonio airports.

Fleet Pride: Keep our vehicles looking 4-Diamond sharp—inside and out—to meet our premium standards.

Dispatch & Coordination: Step into the "command center" when needed to track transportation requests, manage billing, and keep the fleet moving efficiently.

Problem Solving: Maintain a cool, professional composure during high-stress peaks and handle last-minute schedule changes like a pro.
What You Bring to the Team

Driving Mastery: Extensive knowledge of state driving laws and a commitment to maintaining a spotless driving record.

Stamina & Speed: You must be able to run or move quickly to provide prompt service, and stand/walk for the majority of your shift.

Tech & Communication: Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to navigate our department computer system for tracking and billing.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory MVR (and ability to pass drug screening).
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift luggage and assist guests with physical agility.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional, "resort-ready" appearance.
