Content & Events Coordinator
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports to: Content & Events Manager / Marketing Team
Role Purpose
The Content & Events Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of content initiatives and thematic hotel events, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of all materials and activities.
Key Responsibilities
Content Support
- Assist in content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and internal platforms
- Coordinate content schedules, approvals, and asset management
- Support photo and video shoots, including logistics and on-site coordination
Event Coordination
- Support the execution of in-hotel thematic events and brand activations
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, set-ups, and internal departments
- Assist with event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
- Support on-site event operations and post-event reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in content, events, or marketing coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
