Social Media (SMM) Coordinator
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports to: Content & Events Manager / Marketing Team
Role Purpose
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel’s social media channels, ensuring consistent brand presence, timely posting, and engaging storytelling aligned with the hotel’s content and event strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Adapt content into platform-specific formats and captions
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, ensuring timely responses
- Support coverage of hotel events, activations, and daily life on property
- Track basic performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with the Content & Events team to ensure alignment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Basic skills in copywriting and visual content adaptation
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
