You Are a Great Fit for This Role If You…

• Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
• Efficiently process guest orders using approved POS systems.
• Deliver exceptional service while upholding Marriott standards in a high-volume setting.
• Communicate effectively with culinary, bar, and support teams.
• Possess a strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to guide guest choices.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with attention to presentation.
• Complete assigned side work and end-of-shift procedures diligently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas.
• Support table maintenance by bussing, resetting, and ensuring orderly seating.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest needs and service recovery opportunities.
• Adhere to Coury and Marriott policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds, and remaining active throughout shifts.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

We’re Excited to Have You Join Us Because You…

• Bring previous bartending or cocktail serving experience (preferred).
• Have knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages, and can confidently describe options to guests.
• Can obtain and maintain required Food Handler and TABC certifications.
