Position Overview

As an essential team member, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping guest experiences. Your sharp awareness and proactive communication will support a seamless flow of service, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable impression. Your expertise will contribute to the precision in set up, service, and clean-up, adhering to our stringent standards of safety and sanitation.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist our Bartenders, Servers, and Hosts in delivering exemplary food and beverage service
• Maintain a pristine bar area, resetting and restocking with an eye for detail and readiness
• Engage with special cleaning projects, demonstrating your dedication to an immaculate dining environment
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest service needs, ensuring all interactions enhance guest satisfaction
• Keep the energy high and the station immaculate, upholding our standards of appearance and hygiene

Skills and Abilities

• Dynamic communication skills, able to navigate high-pressure situations with grace
• A keen understanding of menu items and an eagerness to expand your knowledge
• Physical stamina to manage an eight-hour shift with frequent movement, including lifting and carrying

Physical Demands

• Prepare to stay active, with extensive standing and walking throughout your shift
• Capability to lift and maneuver up to 40lbs, keeping the service smooth and responsive
