Descripción

DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO: Montar, desmontar y dar mantenimiento manualmente a todas las salas de reuniones de acuerdo con los altos estándares de calidad de Crescent.

Este puesto requiere un horario flexible que incluya fines de semana y noches.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO:

1. Comunícate con el gerente durante todo el turno para estar al tanto del trabajo.

2. Preparar todas las salas de reuniones según las especificaciones del huésped. Esto implica un considerable esfuerzo físico al transportar materiales voluminosos y pesados, como escenarios, mesas, sillas, pistas de baile, etc., desde el almacén hasta las salas de reuniones.

3. Suministrar y reponer vasos limpios y agua fresca en las salas de reuniones.

4. Desmonte todas las salas de reuniones donde hayan concluido las reuniones y guárdelas en el armario de almacenamiento para que la sala esté disponible para ser preparada de nuevo para el siguiente evento.

5. Mantener el programa de limpieza establecido para las salas de reuniones y los salones de baile, de modo que las salas se mantengan presentables en todo momento.

6. Cumplir con las normas de asistencia y estar disponible para trabajar de forma regular.

7. Realizar cualquier otra tarea relacionada con el trabajo que se le asigne.
