Descripción

REQUISITOS:
  • Se prefiere un mínimo de 6 meses de experiencia en atención al cliente en establecimientos de alimentos y bebidas, incluyendo manejo de efectivo, preferiblemente con experiencia previa como barista.
  • Sé increíblemente amable, céntrate en el cliente, adora sonreír y muestra una actitud positiva y servicial al interactuar con los clientes.
  • Proporciona una imagen profesional en todo momento a través de su apariencia y vestimenta.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Prepara las bebidas solicitadas por los clientes o los camareros de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar (es decir, proporciones e ingredientes adecuados, control de costes y garantía de un producto uniforme para los clientes).
  • Mantiene las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas para maximizar la eficiencia; prepara la barra y la barra trasera de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Responde con rapidez y amabilidad a las peticiones de los huéspedes. Realiza un seguimiento para garantizar la satisfacción del huésped.
