When the city sleeps, Moxy keeps moving. We’re looking for an Overnight Supervisor who owns the night—keeping operations smooth, guests happy, and the hotel secure while the rest of the world dreams.

This role is perfect for someone who’s calm under pressure, detail-driven, and confident leading a shift solo while still bringing the Moxy vibe.

What You’ll Be Running:

• Supervising overnight front office operations and Night Audit

• Serving as the senior leader on property during overnight hours

• Completing daily audit, reports, and system rollovers accurately and on time

• Handling late arrivals, early departures, and guest recovery with confidence

• Monitoring safety, security, and emergency procedures

• Supporting guest services while maintaining brand and cash-handling standards

• Setting the tone for a smooth handoff to the morning team

What You Bring:

• Hotel front office or night audit experience

• Supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Calm, professional, and guest-focused—especially at 2:00 a.m.

• Marriott systems experience a plus

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
