At Moxy, the Front Desk is the heartbeat of the hotel—part concierge, part vibe-setter, part problem-solver. We’re looking for a Front Office Manager who can lead with confidence, bring the energy, and keep guest experiences smooth from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Be Running:

• Daily Front Office operations including Guest Services, Bell/Valet (if applicable), and Night Audit

• Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating a guest-obsessed Front Desk team

• Ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and elevated guest experiences

• Handling guest recovery like a pro (calm, confident, and solutions-first)

• Managing labor, productivity, and service standards

• Partnering closely with Housekeeping, Sales, and Engineering to keep operations tight

• Ensuring brand, safety, and cash-handling compliance

What You Bring:

• Front Office leadership experience in a hotel environment

• Strong communication and people-management skills

• A hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach

• Ability to balance operational discipline with Moxy’s fun, modern culture

• Marriott systems experience preferred

• Nights, weekends, and holidays don’t scare you (hospitality life!)
