Los asistentes de habitación dejan una impresión duradera e influyen enormemente en la experiencia total del huésped. Limpiar cada habitación y área pública del hotel según los estándares de la marca garantiza un ambiente acogedor y relajante para nuestros huéspedes durante su estancia. Crean espacios hermosos y prestan gran atención al detalle, asegurándose de que cada elemento de la habitación esté listo para la llegada o el regreso del huésped. Su principal responsabilidad es cumplir y superar las expectativas de los huéspedes, limpiar y decorar las habitaciones y áreas públicas según los estándares de la marca, atender con prontitud las solicitudes de los huéspedes y colaborar para resolver sus problemas.

Lo que estarás haciendo...

  • Limpiar y diseñar las habitaciones del hotel y las áreas públicas de manera eficiente, según las expectativas de la marca y con gran atención al detalle.
  • Renovar y reponer las habitaciones de huéspedes con comodidades, suministros, ropa de cama y material complementario correspondiente para garantizar que todos los artículos estén disponibles para el uso de los huéspedes de acuerdo con el estándar de la marca.
  • Adopte un enfoque proactivo para evitar problemas con los huéspedes inspeccionando el trabajo, identificando y comunicando problemas de mantenimiento y reemplazando elementos cuando sea necesario.
  • Involucrar y construir una relación efectiva con los huéspedes para identificar sus necesidades y garantizar su satisfacción.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad de resolver los desafíos de los huéspedes, trabajando en colaboración con el equipo de Servicios al Huésped del hotel y el liderazgo del hotel.
  • Mantener siempre un profesionalismo acorde a la marca del hotel y las expectativas de la empresa.
  • Conocer y comunicar los procedimientos de emergencia del hotel; informar y ayudar a los huéspedes en caso de emergencia.
  • Asumir tareas adicionales según sea necesario o asignadas por el liderazgo del hotel.

Requisitos...

  • 8+ horas por día; estar de pie y caminar con frecuencia durante la jornada laboral
  • Levantar, bajar y maniobrar hasta 30 libras ocasionalmente
  • Estirarse, agacharse, inclinarse y girar con frecuencia durante la jornada laboral.

Housed in the historic Hotel Fort Des Moines, we have taken every step possible to protect a valued piece of Des Moines’ cherished history. Two semi-private dining rooms are available, seating eight and 10 guests, respectively.
