Resumen:

El auxiliar de almacén es responsable de asistir al gerente de almacén en las operaciones diarias del mismo. Sus responsabilidades incluyen gestionar el inventario del almacén y resolver problemas utilizando el sistema de gestión de inventario; además, realiza cualquier otra tarea que le asigne la empresa o la gerencia. Este puesto no está exento de horas extras y, por lo general, reporta al gerente de tienda, al subgerente de tienda o al gerente general, según los requisitos locales.

Funciones esenciales:

  • Recibir y almacenar la mercancía de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
  • Boleto emitido de acuerdo con los estándares de la sucursal en cuanto a precisión y puntualidad.
  • Revisar los pedidos entrantes e informar al gerente de mercancías y/o al gerente de almacén sobre cualquier error o duda, y ayudar a resolverlos cuando sea necesario.
  • Asegúrese de que la información de los formularios de pedido y recepción correspondientes se procese de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y se introduzca correctamente en el sistema de gestión de existencias.
  • Actualizar la información en el Sistema de Gestión según sea necesario y generar los informes correspondientes.
  • Almacena, fecha, rota y controla la temperatura del producto.

    Requisitos mínimos, conocimientos, habilidades y entorno laboral:

  • Se requiere un mínimo de 0 a 1 año de experiencia en almacén.
  • Se requiere la capacidad de hablar, leer y comprender instrucciones, correspondencia breve y documentos de políticas, así como conversar cómodamente con los clientes.
  • Se requiere la capacidad de levantar y/o mover hasta 40 libras.
  • Requiere la capacidad de agacharse, girar y permanecer de pie para realizar las funciones normales del trabajo.
