Front Desk Supervisor (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Office team during the evening shift. In this role, you will assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, supervising team members, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Front Office team members during the evening shift.
• Deliver and promote exceptional guest service while resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with interviewing, training, coaching, scheduling, and developing Front Office staff.
• Ensure efficient and accurate guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Review daily arrivals, VIP guests, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor and enforce hotel credit and cash handling policies.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and service recovery as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
• Support departmental goals by maximizing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience required.
• Previous front desk supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with OPERA PMS preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
