Los Food Runners impactan enormemente la experiencia del huésped al garantizar la entrega expedita y precisa de artículos de comida y bebida y la remoción rápida de artículos de mesa innecesarios. Los Food Runners deben comunicarse efectivamente con servidores, cantineros, cocineros, lavaplatos y gerentes para garantizar la satisfacción general del huésped.

Lo que harás...

  • Recuperar pedidos de comida y/o bebida del huésped y entregarlos al huésped de manera precisa y eficiente
  • Conocer con confianza las ofertas actuales de comida y bebida y responder preguntas o hacer recomendaciones
  • Proporcionar a cada huésped un saludo individualizado usando carisma y comunicación estilizada
  • Notificar al personal del bar y la cocina sobre solicitudes o necesidades especiales, y trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las expectativas
  • Mantener la limpieza de los espacios del restaurante para que sean acogedores y acomodadores
  • Limpiar artículos innecesarios de las mesas durante y después de la experiencia gastronómica del huésped
  • Desechar la basura y entregar la cristalería y el equipo de bar usados en el lugar apropiado
  • Comunicarse efectivamente con el personal del restaurante y la gerencia para garantizar experiencias de calidad del huésped y una operación suave del restaurante
  • Ayudar en la preparación del restaurante limpiando y abasteciendo según sea necesario

The Sharp Family, multi-generational hoteliers, invites you to experience their newest property at 630 Main Street. Formerly the Inn at Weston, the hotel renovation is an expression and celebration of the family’s lifelong commitment to high-end hostelry and impeccably discreet service. In a style that blends New York’s legendary Carlyle and Gramercy Park Hotels, owned and operated by the family for forty plus years, guests of The Weston will feel as if on holiday at a grand country home.
