Core Responsibilities

Strategic Segment Leadership — Shape and execute a cohesive SMERF & T&T strategy that aligns with Bridge Hotel Group’s commercial priorities and each brand’s standards.

Multi‑Property Account Development — Cultivate high‑value relationships with associations, social groups, religious organizations, student travel partners, and domestic/international operators. Drive production through proactive outreach, site experiences, and quarterly business reviews.

NYC Market Intelligence — Leverage deep knowledge of NYC demand patterns, compression nights, seasonal shifts, and borough‑specific opportunities to position the portfolio competitively.

Brand & Portfolio Alignment — Navigate Hyatt and Hilton contracting, rate structures, and sales systems with precision while ensuring a unified Bridge Hotel Group client experience.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with Revenue, Operations, and Marketing to optimize inventory, pricing, and group experience delivery across all six hotels.

Pipeline Management — Maintain a disciplined, active pipeline with consistent prospecting, timely follow‑up, and strong conversion of multi‑property opportunities.

Forecasting & Reporting — Deliver accurate weekly forecasts, pace updates, and segment insights that support portfolio‑level decision‑making.

Market Representation — Represent the portfolio at trade shows, sales missions, and client events, showcasing Bridge Hotel Group’s hospitality ethos and NYC expertise.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of hotel group sales experience; NYC market experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success in SMERF and/or T&T segments.
- Strong negotiation, contracting, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multi‑property priorities with clarity and poise.
- Familiarity with Hyatt and Hilton sales platforms (CI/TY, Delphi, RFP systems).
- Highly organized, polished communicator, and comfortable operating in NYC’s fast‑paced commercial environment.
Performance Indicators
- Segment revenue growth across all six hotels
- New account acquisition and activation

- Client satisfaction and repeat business
- Able to work as a team member in a competitive environment
- Manages a group and interpersonal conflict situations effectively
- Follow all company Sales/Catering SOP standards
