Looking for 2-5 days a week 2nd shift Front Desk Agent
Compensation: Desde 15,00 $ por hora, Medio Tiempo
2nd shift

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team on the second shift. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting guests and visitors, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment throughout the evening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to questions or requests
  • Check guests in and out and assist with reservations or appointments as needed
  • Handle payments, paperwork, and basic administrative tasks accurately
  • Monitor the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Communicate important information to staff and the next shift
  • Address guest concerns and resolve routine issues professionally
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, positive, and welcoming attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently during the evening shift
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
