Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team on the first shift. The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests while maintaining the high standards of cleanliness expected at our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas
  • Make beds and change linens and towels
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
  • Restock guest room amenities and supplies
  • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or other issues to management
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and work areas
  • Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Complete additional housekeeping duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Ability to work at a steady pace in a physically active position
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
