You will join the kitchen brigade.
You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.

We are a large South of England conference hotel with 33 meeting rooms, including four exhibition halls. The Oxford Suite can accommodate up to 1,000 seats, while the Exhibition Hall suite offers 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
