This is your chance to be part of an in-house corporate Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, owner relations, and more! As a Director, Solutions Architect you will support the team that lead our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio and our Hilton owner data. On the Owner Relations team, you will report to the Senior Director, Owner Data, Services and Systems, and lead a diverse team, working on the Salesforce Experience & Service Cloud.

Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Meet with your diverse team of onshore and offshore resources to lead our Owner CRM platform, building new technologies to improve our owner data and efficiencies.
  • Lead internal Product Owners to identify optimizations, manage new services and products, meeting with our Owner CRM governance team members.
  • Work with Salesforce innovations, including their latest releases, Lightening Web Components, APEX custom code, FLOW, and Flosum DevOps tools.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Including Hilton senior leaders, you will present options across the sales/development lifecycle that further Hilton's best-in-class "owner as a customer" philosophy.
  • As your direct peers, you will work with our Director of Owner Data, and Portfolio Project Manager to maintain priorities, set KSP's, and further data integrity goals.
  • You will partner with Hilton's Center of Excellence and other members of Hilton Technology in identity management, security, and an improved Salesforce ecosystem.

What you will take ownership of:

  • In addition to the direct management of your team, including your Salesforce Support Manager, together you will lead our DevOps processes and technical documentation.
  • Hilton's variety of Managed packages, working directly with Hilton Supply Management for user licenses and contracts within their Coupa systems.
  • Architecture and roadmap to lead our Owner CRM platform into the future with direct ownership of future system health initiatives.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of work experience in an architect, engineer, or technology role demonstrating your Salesforce certification growth, developing custom applications within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Triggers, and Flow (or Process Builder).
  • Three (3) years of experience overseeing the direction and development of other team members with a diverse on-shore, and off-shore model.
  • Experience integrating custom API solutions and Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations for marketing automation, business intelligence, and ETL tools.
  • Travel up to 25%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Expert knowledge of Service, Sales, or Experience in cloud configurations
  • Experience with data modeling concepts
