The Marriott San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to join their dynamic and innovative Maintenance team!
The position is responsible for assisting the Director in the operations, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property. He/sheis responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of all buildings, machinery and equipment of the property. He/she is also responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, life safety, electrical and mechanical equipment/systems. This position will assist to coordinate and monitor all guest rooms, public spaces, equipment, and PM programs to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of all staff and guests. He/she will also assist with supervision, training and management of all Engineering staff. The position reports to the Director of Engineering.
This is an hourly full time position eligible for benefits. Pay Range for this position is $35-$38 depending on experience. Overtime eligible.
