Position Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Public Area Attendant to maintain

the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the hotel’s public spaces. This role

ensures that all guests experience a pristine and welcoming environment reflective of

the Hotel Phoenix standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and

    elevators.

  • Ensure that public spaces are consistently stocked and refreshed.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Greet guests courteously and respond to inquiries or requests with

    professionalism.

  • Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning projects as needed.

    Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
