Position Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stewarding Supervisor to lead and

manage all stewarding operations, ensuring that our kitchens and back-of-house areas

meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. This role is key to

maintaining operational efficiency and supporting a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and schedule stewarding staff to ensure optimal

    performance.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, dishwashing stations, and

    back-of-house facilities.

  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, kitchen tools, and

    equipment.

  • Train staff on proper sanitation, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hotel, health, and

    safety standards.

  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to support operational needs

    and special events.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to

    enhance efficiency.

    Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in stewarding, culinary, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sanitation standards, safety procedures, and compliance

    requirements.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of

    cleanliness and operational excellence.
