The lake life is calling! Cap Rock Cabana is the premier social hub for our Club Members and guests at the prestigious Cap Rock Golf Complex. We are seeking professional Restaurant Servers who embody "Aggressive Hospitality" and take genuine pride in delivering a flawless dining experience.

As a server at the Cabana, you aren't just taking orders—you are an ambassador of the resort lifestyle. Whether you are serving a post-round lunch or a poolside cocktail, you will provide gracious, professional service in one of the most beautiful settings in the Texas Hill Country.

Your Impact: Luxury Service & Hospitality

You are responsible for the complete guest journey, ensuring every meal meets our 4-Diamond standards for quality, presentation, and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gracious Service: Greet and serve guests with a warm, positive personality, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury image of Horseshoe Bay Resort.
• Menu Mastery: Maintain a thorough knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus to provide expert recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Operational Precision: Follow detailed set-up checklists, properly set stations, and detail every table and menu before each service period.
• Timely Execution: Take orders accurately and serve all items in a timely manner; communicate special guest requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen.
• Facility Stewardship: Assist with bussing tables and ensure the proper treatment and storage of all resort equipment.
• Administrative Flow: Understand and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and complete daily shift operation reports accurately.

What You Bring to the Team

• The "Vibe": An infectious positive attitude and a passion for working as part of a high-performing team.
• Expertise: Working knowledge of a la carte and fine dining service practices. Previous resort experience is highly valued.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written English skills; ability to solve problems quickly and handle guest requests with diplomacy.
• Appearance: Impeccable grooming standards and a commitment to wearing the proper uniform with slip-resistant, enclosed-toe footwear.
• Requirements: * Must be 18+ years of age to serve alcohol.
• TABC and Food Handler certificates are required (ServSafe certification is a plus).
• Ability to work a flexible labor schedule as business demands.
