The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring an IT Intern for the baseball season 2026 to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pay

$16.00 – $16.00 / hour

What will you do?

  • Provide first-class technical support for all computer systems on the property, configuring, installing, maintaining,g and training concessions point of sale systems, as well as troubleshooting TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, Android OS, and Windows OS issues, Retail POS, and Apple OS issues
  • Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals for end-users, as well as terminating and running low-voltage cables (Cat5e/Cat6)
  • Provide support for events, marketing, and manager meetings, including the setup and teardown of laptops and projectors
  • Maintain digital signage throughout the property

More about you

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in IT, MIS, and CIS
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and operating systems
  • Capable of identifying problems and researching solutions
  • Capable of retaining PCI compliance certification and measures

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
