We are seeking a high-energy, well-connected Event Sales & Marketing Outreach Manager to drive revenue for our Cuban/Caribbean concept located on iconic Ocean Drive.
This is a dual-role position overseeing a high-volume, 200-seat restaurant with private dining rooms (30–60 guests) alongside a 24-room boutique hotel.
You will act as the face of the property, responsible for generating corporate buyouts, social events, and group bookings while ensuring an exceptional guest experience from inquiry through execution.
Drive Revenue
Prospect, negotiate, and close sales for restaurant buyouts, private dining, and hotel group bookings
Build Strategic Relationships
Develop partnerships with DMCs, travel agents, corporate planners, concierges, and local networks
Own the Event Lifecycle
Manage events from initial inquiry through execution, coordinating with culinary, operations, and hotel teams
Shape Revenue Strategy
Create seasonal packages, pricing models, and promotions to maximize occupancy and covers
Support Marketing Initiatives
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote event capabilities through local outreach and digital channels
The Connector
Strong network in Miami hospitality, with an existing book of business preferred
Hospitality Professional
Minimum 3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or event management, ideally across both restaurant and hotel environments
Operationally Strong
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with precision and composure
Bilingual Advantage
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
Tech-Savvy
Experience with Tripleseat or similar event management platforms is a plus
