We are looking for our great next team members to join on our Banquets team as Part-Time Banquet House Person. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a Banquet Houseperson, you will be responsible for manual set up, break down, and service all meeting rooms in accordance with Crescent high standards of quality.

  • Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to be aware of the work.
  • Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest. This includes considerable physical activity in transporting awkward and heavy materials such as staging, tables, chairs, dancefloors, etc., from storage area to meeting rooms
  • Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
  • Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to storage closet so the room will be available to be reset for the next function.
  • Maintain established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms stay presentable at all times.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

You have a Self-starting personality with an even disposition. You can communicate well with guests. You are willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Can withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Can lift at least 50 lbs. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts and weekends works for your personal life.
