Guest Service Agent / Night Audit

We are seeking a candidate open to working three days 3 pm- 10 pm shift,  and two overnight 11 pm- 7 am shifts. Often, in the first encounter, you understand that your interaction can set the tone for the entire guest experience and potentially impact the exclusive brand! Your genuine warmth and helpful nature enable you to rise to every occasion, from cheerfully greeting the excited family on a vacation adventure to promptly addressing the travel-weary guest’s request with courtesy. As a Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor, you will: 

• Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. 
• Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day. 
• Enjoy solving problems, am comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. 

Fundamentals: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak fluently.  You will regularly use a computer and different software.  This position requires continuous movement; occasionally, you must lift or move up to 20 pounds. 

Rate of Pay: 

* For applicants working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $20.00 Guest Service Agent Shift to $21.00 per hour Night Auditor Shift. The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience in the job and the required industry, education, etc.
