Sales Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator and are seeking an enthusiastic and organized professional to support our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and contributing to the success of the hotel’s sales and events efforts.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Department by performing a variety of administrative and coordination functions that contribute to the success of the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to the Sales team

• Answering phones and responding to sales inquiries

• Coordinating marketing and advertising initiatives

• Assisting with meetings and catering sales efforts

• Distributing incoming inquiries to the appropriate Sales Managers

• Preparing proposals, contracts, and sales kits

• Maintaining organized sales files and documentation

• Supporting additional sales and marketing projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Ideal Experience and Personal Profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced level preferred)

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to review written material for proper grammar and professional correspondence standards

• Comfortable using standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines

• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and communicate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work normal business hours (Monday through Saturday) with flexibility based on business needs

• Previous hotel or hotel sales experience preferred

• Must be able to pass a background check
