Dishwasher - DISHWASH 

Department: Culinary 

Reports To: Sous Chef, Executive Chef

Job Overview:  

The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Your primary responsibility will be to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. 

• Scrape food from dishes and sort items into appropriate categories. 

• Load and unload dishwashing machines. 

• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. 

• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen area. 

• Take out trash and recycling. 

• Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed, such as cleaning equipment or stocking supplies. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required. 

• Ability to work in a hot, humid environment. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
