Position: Pool Front Desk Attendant

Report To: Pool Managers

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Pool Manager(s), the Pool Front Desk Attendant is directly responsible for the process of checking Members and their Guests into the Swimming Pool. Answering incoming calls effectively. Greet Members and their Guests who are visiting the Club. Effectively answering questions from Members.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and acknowledge Members and guests in a timely manner, escalating concerns or complaints to management as needed.
• Accurately process Member and Guest check‑ins to ensure proper facility usage tracking.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or assistance with Member requests.
• Share up‑to‑date schedules, program details and general Club information with Members and Guests.
• Oversee the Lost and Found process, ensuring items are logged, stored and returned appropriately.
• Support Member engagement by confirming use of the Club’s App and Membership card. Ensure each Member has an updated photo on their Membership card and provide guidance for uploading if needed.
• Verify that all Members aged 15 or younger are accompanied by an adult in accordance with Club policy.
• Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, including the sale of swim diapers and other designated items.
• Participate in staff meetings, pre‑shift line‑ups and required training sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming Front Desk environment.
• Prepare and submit accurate end‑of‑day reports to the closing manager.
• Complete additional tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Scheduling Requirements:

Mornings, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays – based on the level of Club Activities.
