Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Bellperson at The Lowline Hotel, where your friendly demeanor and dedication to guest service will enhance our guests' stay. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional assistance and local insights to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transport guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions in a safe and timely manner

- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring their belongings are handled with care

- Support front desk operations as needed, including providing concierge services and guest assistance

- Offer recommendations for restaurants, tourist activities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition

- Accommodate guests during their stay with attentive, courteous, and efficient service

- Support the hotel team with additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a bell person or similar guest service role is preferred

- Ability to perform work under direct supervision, handling basic issues and escalating complex problems appropriately

- Basic knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

- High School diploma or equivalent required

- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude

- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
