The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Club Front of the House Lead to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Club Lead, you will be responsible for managing food setup and preparation standards while supervising the activities of team members. What will you do?

  • Hire, train, and schedule team members 
  • Manage daily operations 
  • Maintain positive client and guest relations by ensuring efficient, quality service and products
  • Order all inventories for the area, determine quantities of related products, and purchase products, ensuring product quality and controlling costs
  • Verify sales reporting, cash handling, and payroll accounting reports, preparing various cost and operational reports

More about you

  • Minimum of 1 year of direct food and beverage experience, as well as previous supervisory experience 
  • Familiar with standard food and beverage equipment
  • Knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures 
  • Basic math skills
  • No college degree required
