What will you do?

• Train, schedule, and supervise the banquet team members.
• Conduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and team members before events.
• Ensure all company policies, service procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain communication with both the banquet and kitchen teams to ensure guests receive the best-quality service and experience.

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-of-house position.
• Excellent customer service and employee relations skills. 
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and counting skills are required.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.
• Possible exposure to a high volume of noise.
