Security Guard

A Resort Security Officer ensures guest safety, property protection, and maintains order within the resort premises. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to emergencies, and enforcing resort policies.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas of the resort premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and investigate any suspicious activity or behavior.
• Respond to calls for assistance and emergencies, and provide first aid and CPR if necessary.
• Enforce resort policies and procedures, and report any violations to management.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities and events.
• Assist with the training and development of new security personnel.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies if needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
• Possession of a valid security license
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to observe suspicious activities
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of security systems and protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
