Receptionist / Light Admin

Part Time 4 to 5 hours per day  Monday thru Friday

JOB SUMMARY

Our hotels bring people together. You would be assisting the Director of Sales and Sales team with all aspects of the hotel sales department and operations to support their initiatives and market strategies.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you will mostly be assisting with:

• Coordinating office activities, securing, and maintaining office equipment, and maintaining files.
• Answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
• Drafting, formatting, and printing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Monitoring office supply inventory and ordering new materials as needed.
• Welcoming visitors and managing the reception area.
