Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent (Hybrid)

We are seeking a candidate open to working 3-day and two overnight shifts. Often, in the first encounter, you realize that your interaction can set the tone for the entire guest experience and potentially affect the brand's exclusivity! Your genuine warmth and helpful nature enable you to rise to every occasion, from cheerfully greeting the excited family on a vacation adventure to promptly and courteously addressing the travel-weary guest’s request. As a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent, you will: 

• Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. 
• Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day. 
• Enjoy solving problems, am comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. 

Fundamentals: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak fluently.  You will regularly use a computer and different software.  This position requires continuous movement; occasionally, you must lift or move up to 20 pounds. 

Rate of Pay: 

* For applicants working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $20.00 Guest Service Agent Shift to $21.00 per hour when working Night Auditor Shift. The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience in the field, required industry experience, education, etc.
