Essential Job Functions
- Maintain current knowledge of all treatments and services offered by the resort. Follow trends and developments within professional spa community in relation to products, treatment, and techniques.
- Provide hair, nail, facial and bodily treatments in accordance with established standards and the State Board of Cosmetology.
- Conduct tours of spa and related facilities as necessary.
- Assume responsibility of maintaining full product knowledge, including but not limited to specials and upcoming events.
- Maintain relevant records as required by federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Label and store all products according to government, state, and federal guidelines.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the spa and work areas.
- Adhere to standards with regard to safety, sanitation, and PPE.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Current State of Cosmetology License required.
- Previous hotel spa experience required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules; including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
Work Environment and Context
- Requires standing and moving for extended periods, use of hands and fingers to operate related equipment.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
