Job overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will fill a pivotal role by assuring attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service, while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. You will facilitate the set-up and management of beverage service at guest events and functions to ensure superior guest service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be able to obtain a local municipality Operators License for Bartending (bartender’s licenses) within 90 days of employment.
• Will have basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, total all other charges, and understand portion sizes.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of bars on a daily basis, complete new requisitions and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily function sheets.
• Will check and verify all side work is completed by bartending staff

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

• Bartending experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Bartenders license and/or CARE certification
